Norman Novinsky is a 40-plus-year Massachusetts-based bankruptcy attorney who handles an average of 200 cases annually at his well-known law firm, Novinsky & Associates. The in-demand lawyer was also an adjunct professor of business law at Bentley College and a long-standing adjunct professor at New England School of Law, where he taught legal writing and research as well as debtor/creditor law.
For the past almost 30 years, Norman has lent his breadth of legal expertise to a series of his own successful mortgage companies. The private lending entrepreneur launched solution-oriented Harper Financial in response to the post-mortgage crisis disappearance of subprime lending. His goal is to empower hardworking people with the best possible loan and the smartest possible exit strategy.
Winnie Uniacke is a career mortgage maven with 20 years of both residential and commercial lending experience. The industry executive has transacted thousands of loans for several trusted brokerages, including three that she co-founded and skillfully managed. During her tenure, she also enjoyed an accomplished turn as a local Realtor.
Her prior background as CFO for a multi-million dollar printing company honed her adroit ability to navigate all aspects of the often-complicated loan process. But it’s her desire to help people get to the next level that inspired her to start Harper Financial — and to have it be a different kind of commercial lending company. With their needs wholly understood and honored, Winnie’s clients can count on her to guide them quickly, safely, and strategically to their successful exit.
